Behind the Scenes with Sandhna

Bio

Sandhna Chintoe heads the customer success department at Cammio and has recently taken on the additional role of international managing director. Together with her team, she forms the link between customers and tech, making sure that recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates have a fun, efficient, and fair experience while using the Cammio video recruitment platform.

On living up to your potential...

“I was allowed to do my whole degree and then start working for the government when I graduated. Working in government is a very nice job. It's a stable job. It’s a flexible job especially when you're a young mom and you can combine it very easily. The hours drop off your children, come back early because your schedule is so flexible.  However, for me and my ambition, it just wasn't enough. I was expected to do X, when I could do X, Y and Z.  Just doing x made me very unhappy. I just couldn't anymore so I did something very bold; I just quit my job.”
