Your Host Rocki Howard

I am your host, Rocki Howard. 

I am a proud over 40, black, Christian wife and mother who prioritizes being a voice for the underrepresented. 

With several obstacles in my way, I climbed my way from entry-level to my current role as Chief Diversity Officer for SmartRecruiters (my dream job). 

I have a background in recruitment/talent acquisition leadership, and Lean, Project Management, and HR certifications. My 20+ year career spans diverse industries including banking, retail, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, and insurance. 

I am honored to have been acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Minority Executives two years in a row and a HERoes Executive by Involve People and YAHOO Finance. 

I believe that the stories of the underrepresented have gone untold too long and that's why I am excited to give a VOICE to diversity.
