My name is Riham Satti.
I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of MeVitae. I identify as:
MeVitae was founded in 2014 by two award-winning Oxonians, Riham Satti and Vivek Doraiswamy. Riham is a neuroscientist by background who is passionate about the science of decision-making I started off as a hacker; hacking bacteria and brains (using data from the Human Connectome Project) to understand how they work. Hackers love problem solving and my mission is to solve the biggest challenges through the use of technology – starting with recruitment. I am a woman on a mission.
My motto in life is to build fairer hiring processes through the use of technology, i.e. debiasing HR one step at a time throughout the talent acquisition process.
Since completing Oxford University, I am unique female technology-business hybrid with extensive experience in academia and the tech-start up ecosystem. Being a neuroscientist I bring in a fresh perspective into the science of HR and people science, with the aim of improving decision-making.
Specialities: #Recruitment technology, #neuroscience, public speaking, #diversityandinclusion #unconsciousbias #cognitivebias
“And if we can try and help others, to try and realize that their dream and give them that stepping stone to kind of do better as well, then I think the world would be such a better place.”
MeVitae is here to empower people and businesses to grow together, and create a happier and more trustworthy recruitment ecosystem using unbiased decision-making.
