"I don't want to be treated special. I don't want to have a role because of quota. I want to just be treated fairly and be given the opportunity to bring my best and be my best. 

So I think it's just how do we create these opportunities so that we can have a lasting impact on individuals, within companies, and society overall. Because the more diversified leadership can look like and in the different levels leading up to it, the more we can show to our younger generations that there are lots of opportunities out there and they can be whoever they want to be, and achieve whatever they want to be. And that's really important to me."
